Exhibitor booths are available in large bulk that measure 15’ by 104, 15’ by 116’, 10 by 10 decorated booths, also outside displays. To provide sufficient room for slide outs, awnings, and required electrical transformers, large bulk booths have 15’ widths. The public areas of the event and aisles will be carpeted in red, giving the show a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Exhibitor booths will not be carpeted but can be for an additional fee through our decorating company. Electrical service is available for a small fee. Move-in will take place on Thursday March 29th, 2025, from 8am until 5pm. There is a set move-in time for each RV dealer. Blue Water Promotions will provide a manned mobile power washer to clean all RV’s before moving in. Each exhibitor will receive a move-in packet 30 days before the event.

Large bulk booth exhibitors receive an 8-foot skirted table, 6 chairs, multiple wastes baskets, and up to 6 name badges. All exhibitors will receive (12) promotional announcements on the overhead speaker system.

Participate in Frankenmuth RV Show and meet 2000 plus RV consumers from the Great Lakes Bay Region. The Frankenmuth RV Show will be vigorously promoted via television, radio, electronic billboards, social media, and the internet. Contact us to reserve your booth space.
